1. First Contact — Complimentary Consultation
We begin with a no-obligation conversation to understand your vision. Whether you're designing an engagement ring, reimagining an heirloom, or creating a statement piece, we'll discuss:

2. Design Brief & Quotation
Following our consultation, we'll provide a written design brief outlining:
- Itemized costs (materials, labour, certification)
- Estimated timeline
- Design direction and key specifications
Once approved, we'll request a deposit to begin the design phase.
3. Concept Sketches & Moodboards
Our designers will create 2-4 concept directions for you to review. These may include hand sketches, digital illustrations, or curated moodboards to help visualize the piece.
4. CAD Design & Photorealistic Renders
Once a concept is selected, we'll develop precision 3D CAD models and photorealistic renders. This stage typically takes 5-10 business days and allows you to see your piece from every angle before production begins.
5. Stone Selection
We'll provide access to certified lab-grown diamonds and gemstones, complete with grading reports. Our team will guide you through the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat) to help you select the perfect stone within your budget.
6. Prototype (Optional)
For complex or intricate designs, we can create a 3D-printed wax or silver prototype. This allows you to see and feel the piece in person before final casting.
7. Casting & Hand-Finishing
Your design is cast in your chosen precious metal (platinum, gold, or silver) and meticulously hand-finished by our master goldsmiths. Stones are hand-set with precision. This stage typically takes 3-6 weeks depending on complexity.
8. Certification, Hallmarking & Final QA
All pieces undergo independent certification and hallmarking where applicable. We conduct a final quality inspection to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards.
9. Professional Photography & Presentation
Your finished piece is professionally photographed and presented in our signature packaging, complete with all certification documents.
10. Delivery, Sizing & Aftercare
We offer secure delivery or in-person handover. All custom pieces include complimentary resizing (if applicable) and lifetime aftercare support.
