Every order is sent fully insured from our Chermside showroom.
Delivery within Australia

We ship with Australia Post, and every parcel needs a signature on delivery. For security, we can't deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Christmas cut-offs: for delivery before Christmas, order custom pieces by Tue 1 Dec, ready-to-wear pieces that need resizing by Fri 18 Dec, and in-stock ready-to-wear with Express delivery by Mon 21 Dec. Click & collect at Chermside runs until Thu 24 Dec.

Choose click & collect at checkout, and wait for our "ready for pickup" email before you come in.
Tracking and delays
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us at scarlett@diamondlabboutique.com or (07) 3359 4197 and we'll follow it up with Australia Post. Your piece is insured until it's signed for.
International orders
We currently deliver within Australia only. Overseas and want a piece? Email us and we'll see what we can arrange.
